Each student receives a one-page evaluation providing instructor comments on their academic work. Comments address content and critical thinking, class participation, areas for growth, and suggestions for continued study. A digital certificate of participation is also provided. About one month after students successfully complete their course, families receive an email notifying them that these documents are ready in MyCTY.
To find them:
• Log in to MyCTY.
• Select “Academic History” from the left navigation.
• Under your student’s name, click “View Academic History.”
• Open the “Completed Courses” tab.
• Under “Actions and Status,” select “Print”.
• Look for the file labeled “Instructor Uploaded File.” The file will include both the evaluation and the certificate.
• Print or save your document.
