Ursinus College is without power due to severe storms on Thursday, which caused more than 327,000 people in and around Philadelphia to lose power. Ursinus does not expect to have power restored until Monday evening and normal campus operations are not expected to resume until Tuesday. Because of this power emergency, the start of our program will be delayed until Tuesday, June 24.
The safety and health of our students is our primary concern. The lack of air conditioning with extreme heat in the forecast, along with limited dining services, means that we cannot support students on site.
We ask that you please plan to arrive at Ursinus College for a modified check-in at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24. If your child is scheduled to arrive on Sunday and you are unable to change their travel plans, please call CTY at 443-915-7748.
