The CTY remote proctoring solution is 100% browser-based and does not require any software download or installation. The test-taker must have a:
- Desktop, laptop, or Chromebook with a high-speed internet connection
- Google Chrome (preferred) or Microsoft Edge. Other browsers are not supported.
- Stable internet connection with access speeds of at least 10 Mbps upload and download. You may check your internet speed at https://speedtest.jh.edu/
- Working webcam, speakers, and microphone
NOTE: Tablets and cell phones are not supported.
