For a record of your child's CTY courses, you may view and print an official academic record through MyCTY. The official academic record shows the CTY courses your child has taken, with grades if applicable, and lists other CTY participation. 


To print an official academic record:

  1. Log in to MyCTY. 
  2. Select “Academic History” from the left navigation.
  3. Select “View Academic History.” 
  4. Click the "Completed" tab. 
  5. Select Print Official Academic Record.

You may print as many records as you need.


Please note that official academic records cannot be customized. CTY follows the standard of displaying all in-person and online courses attended, along with Talent Search recognition and awards.

You can request to have the PDF document emailed or mailed directly to schools or families for an additional fee. To place this request, log in to MyCTY and select the “Special Requests.” CTY cannot upload this document to an outside website or portal.
