An eShipGlobal order cannot be modified once created.

You must:

  1. Contact eShipGlobal to studentsupport@eshipglobal.com for address change/correction, and/or cancellation of shipping orders and to request a transfer of the payment from the old order to the new order
  2. Notify ois-cty@jhu.edu after the new order is set up
  1. For other issues with your shipping order, visit eShipGlobal’s website. Please do not email OIS or CTY regarding changes to eShipGlobal orders. We cannot make changes to orders.
